Other ceremonies
As a registered civil celebrant, I can help you celebrate many special occasions in your life.
Naming ceremony
This is a ceremony that welcomes your child into the world, and to your circle of family and friends. It recognises the child’s name and the responsibilities of parents, grandparents and godparents. Poems, songs and readings are just some of the elements you can include in a naming ceremony.
Commitment ceremony
A commitment ceremony is similar to a wedding ceremony, but without the legal requirements. Some people do not wish to be married - and in some cases couples cannot be legally married - but they still wish to publicly declare their commitment to their partner. A commitment ceremony is a non-legal way to demonstrate your dedication and promises to each other in front of family and friends.
Renewal of vows
What a fabulous way to reaffirm your commitment to each other! Couples who spend many years together often wish to recognise significant milestones, for example significant wedding anniversaries of 10 years, 25 years, and even 50 years! A vow renewal ceremony is an opportunity for you to thank and congratulate each other, reflect on your journey together and plan for the one ahead.
I am here to help you create every special ceremony you choose to celebrate.
