It is only natural that you will want to know a little about me if you are considering engaging me as your civil celebrant.
I have worked in the communications field for 15 years, as a journalist, media advisor, marketing practitioner and public relations specialist. As a radio journalist since 1993, I have written and presented news for radio stations in Canberra, Young and Newcastle.
I live in Newcastle, NSW with my husband and two Border Collies (our ‘kids’). Newcastle has been my home since 1995 and I absolutely love it.
In my 30s, I bring a fresh and contemporary approach to every ceremony I perform. My work has established me as an articulate and professional communicator - as a writer and broadcaster, words and talking are my life! I can promise you a well-written ceremony delivered in a confident, coherent and articulate manner.
I love working with people to create a ceremony that reflects their tastes and delivers exactly what they want. It's your ceremony - you tell me how you want it to be, I don't tell you how it should be (except for the legal bits of course!)
